Client Relations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Coordinator:
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by effectively managing customer contracts and organizing the flow of tasks within the company.
- You will play a crucial role in providing exemplary support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- You will actively engage in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with various teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
This position requires an outgoing personality, robust organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset to excel in customer support and sales endeavors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of oral and written Greek and English.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales roles preferred
- Familiarity with contract management, cross-selling or upselling techniques is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
