Client Relations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Coordinator:

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by effectively managing customer contracts and organizing the flow of tasks within the company.

  • You will play a crucial role in providing exemplary support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • You will actively engage in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with various teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

This position requires an outgoing personality, robust organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset to excel in customer support and sales endeavors.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of oral and written Greek and English.
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales roles preferred
  • Familiarity with contract management, cross-selling or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
